I bought a Xbox One S yesterday and want to try my Xbox Live Gold Trial Code but Expired

As it said in object, I bought yesterday a Xbox One S in a physical Shop.

A new one, with Assasins Creed.

Assassins Creed Code OK

Game Pass OK

Xbox Box live Gold Trial KO ... Expired code

Is there any way to have a new one ?

14 days of xbox live gold code doesn't work

This week I bought an Xbox One S, and it came with a 14 day code of xbox live gold, but whenever I try to put it, it says that the code is expired....

My Xbox live gold code (14 day trial) expired on a date before I purchased my xbox one x..

Who do I contact about this? the store I bought it in? or Micosoft?

No, once the trial is expired that's it. You can't get another one with xbox support unlike the other people have said in this thread.

Please buy gold or get another trial that is working.

 

You can talk to Xbox Support, but If even so It does not solve your problem only If You buy Xbox Live Gold subscription
