    Are you sure you have a Series X and not a One X

    I tried go offline to
    Downloading offline makes no sense really !

    Have you tried to download a different free2play game like for example 'The four kings casino' or other games ?

    Does that work ?

    Okay, please try the remote install method if you haven’t already. Cancel the failed download first if it’s still in the queue.

    Hello,

    Do you recieve any specific error code/message? Is it a digital copy or a physical disk? Downloading offline isn't supported on digital versions.

    Try remotely installing the game as a workaround. Remote features and sleep mode need to be enabled in settings.
