I bought a Turtle Beach headset 2 weeks for my son

I bought a Turtle Beach headset 600 wireless 2 weeks ago. It's my 2nd pair. The USB adapter that you plug to the xbox to sync the headset broke. However i still have my 1st gun my first pair, is there a way to sync that one to the new headset? I can't return the headset but i have a headset i can't use. I have a xbox series x.

3 sets of headsets I have bought. All Xbox one recon chat, turtle beach. That's been nearly 12 months. I bought my son a new set for Xmas thinking it was a fault with previous headset. It's frustrating for my son, and for me as I feel helpless trying to
sort it for him 😩

I love my x31 headsets I actually bought the x41 headsets for my husband for christmas. Turtle beach headsets are very good headsets
