    i bought a skin pack because i really liked a skin in it. I've been using it for months. i turn on my xbox and go to play n my skin wasn't on my skin roll. so i searched through my owned skin packs and yet again, not there. i spent my money on it just for it to disappear?? I've reset my xbox and Minecraft itself and its still gone? w t f man??

    We need to validate if the transaction is successfully purchased under the account that you're using. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate the order, you should see it as "completed".

    I would also appreciate it if you can let me know the title of the skin pack.

    I did it back when the pack was 50% off for a day a few months ago and I don't regret it. Some nice skins in there.
