I bought a GTA shark card for 21.19 and I didn't get money on GTA the images show my account name and proof I got the shark card

3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.

6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

I purchased a shark card from the Microsoft store but never received the money? I play on next gen

I don’t play on next generation console but I bought the shark card worth $4.250.000 over 24 hours ago and still didn’t receive my in game cash

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your missing in-game currency.

Kindly confirm if the shark card was successfully purchased on your account by signing into account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you purchased the GTA shark card.

If it doesn't show up, it might be possible that the shark card was accidentally purchased on a different account. Please check your other Xbox accounts' order history to find the transaction.

If it does show up, try to sign out and re-sign into your account and check if the in-game currency will appear on your GTA 5 online in-game. If it doesn't work and the shark card was recently purchased, I would suggest you wait at least 24 hours to make sure the purchase of the in-game currency will sync in your account.
