Bought a second hand xbox 360 ,with a family pass code that i dont know , I have tried all options on youtube now i have questions, iwant to enter my serial number on the add new device option on MS support site but it does not recognize the serial number what do i do next. And second i found a YT video with a Xbox with the exact dashboard number as mine but that didnt work,also do i need to be connected to the internetwith my xbox to enter those commands tricks like rt Lt rb lb down up etc

please help someone.

Hi, that's pretty much the case sadly. As a consumer do you not have the rights to return the Xbox to the store as it's not fit for purpose ? The stores should check these things before selling them on really.

Sorry, but no. Console bans are no reversed. Modding is not the only reason console bans are issued so there's no real way to know why it was banned in the first place.

So if i understand this correctly, i bought a piece of junk that can only play offline?
