I bought a promotion that said they were 30 Mexican dollars but instead of charging me the price of the promotion they charged me the original price which was like 500 Mexican dollars

Special 33% when you renew for a year?

I saw a promotion for 33% off renewal of xbox live for one year, if paid before expiring.(stating one year for $39.99) I took the offer, but was still charged full price... I took a picture of the promotion, and a screen shot of what was charged. It won't
let me add either to this thread.

Tried to get the Minecraft at 4.99$ promotion but couldn't

Was a Xbox 360 user and live subscriber and had originally purchased Minecraft Xbox 360 using MS points but then recently bought an Xbox One and then saw a promotion to get the Minecraft Xbox One edition at 4.99$. I then purchased the Minecraft Xbox One
edition but then got charged the full original amount (19.99$) without further explanation. Tried to get through Xbox Customer support to resolve this issue but the support person could not assist and referred me to this forum to resolve this matter.

I want to be credited the amount of 15.99$ so that the purchase reflects the price that was advertised (original price: 19.99$ advertized at 4.99$)

I'm from mexico and in the morning prices were promotional games ($ 9.99 dollars) and at this time I wanted to buy the real prices are the games even more expensive than if you bought the original DVD

the page is bad because prices have to be smooth for everyone with the past games I had no problem, or maybe because it is Sunday not fix their systems.

Hey, Slik5000! Smwutches is correct. Once a promotion ends and the original price is up on the site or console, you will need to pay that price for the game. The promotion to buy Battlefield at that price was set for a week, so if you were unable to purchase
it at that price and would like it at a discounted price, you will need to wait for a future promotion. Thanks for understanding!

Hello again, sometimes it can happen, it's not a rule, but as I mentioned, by clicking on the promotion, you'll see if the system takes over the price of the promotion.

For example, for me appeared because I had never bought a Game Pass for PC.
