I bought a new Xbox one and lost a game.

I replaced an old xbox one s and went through my ready to install. To see that Minecraft (which came with my old Xbox) was gone. Now it says i need to buy a new copy. How do i resolve this?

Hi you just need to loggin with the same account.

Make sure you are signed into the account that it was redeemed on the check your purchase history on microsoft accounts website

You need too sign in with the same account which you purchased the game too start off with, and then you will be able too get the game.
