I bought a new Gears of war 4 from Amazon But I can't use the Gears of war 2 redeem code

the Gears of war 1,3,Judgement redeem code is OK. Only the Gears of war 2 redeem code has problems. Such as

Can't redeem a code

I bought gears of war 4 and it included the 4 previous games from the 360. I can only redeem the codes of gears 2 and gears Judgment and can't redeem those of gears 3 and gears 1

hi! I buy a physical copy of gears of war 4, it came with 4 codes I just redeem 2 of this codes gears of war 2 and gears of war judgment, but I can't redeem gears of war and gears of war 3, pleas help me I tried everything. Thanks .

2. Do you still have the receipt upon purchasing the prepaid code?

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.
