    I bought the game Rage 2 played it for one week now I can't play the game and any other game I've downloaded in the past my entire xbox has just gone limp and won't work?

    What occurs exactly that is not allowing you to play your games? Are you receiving an error message or an error code when launching these games? Our suggestion here, please attempt following our
    Xbox One game troubleshooting support article. Try this out and then let us know the results.

    Hi KyleYork2,

    sorry to hear. Please try first this:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
      on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    If this does not help check
    "The XBOX Live Service Status"

    I bought a new game

    I did a hard reset on the system and then I uninstalled the game and re installed it. The game finally loaded up and is working past the home screen of the start up. Thank you all for your feed back and helpful hints to help fix the issue

    No error code or anything. The game disc i stick in the console just freezes at the title open to the game and doesn't go any further then that. I can use apps on the console though like Netflix or the internet explorer but games are not able to play
