I bought a movie purchased movie and the audio is alternate actors, like dubbing but its british. How can I change this back?

According to the following link, the audio should be in English, so if you have already checked the settings and nothing changes, it must be a problem with the movie. Have you tried watching it on another device, because I just saw the trailer on the page and it sounds good?

I purchased Paw Patrol Mighty Movie for my children. It played with American voice actors for a week. Yesterday, the played the started the movie and some most of the "Pups and Ryder" have british accents. I've tried everything, even tried to see if it was my television. I'm at a loss and they look slightly disappointed, it's still the same movie. I haven't checked other movies yet. I plan to this evening. Thank you for the suggestion Daniel, I will also looking into the audio settings on the purchase.
