I bought a gold card and it won't go through

Prepaid codes cannot be used or activated if your Microsoft account is suspended or has a balance due. You must resolve all unpaid balances and account suspensions before you can use the prepaid code. To do so, see the following pages:

I had the same problem yesterday. My Xbox recognised the codes but came they through as an error, for whatever reason. I had guest come over yesterday so I was unable to play/enter codes for the rest of that day. Once I got up this morning (about 20 hours
after I last tried to enter a code) the code went through fine, so I think Xbox may have got to the problem or it might just be a time thing. Let me know if this helps

hello i am having problems with my gold casue yesterday i bought a game right the credit card worked fine but ever since today the credit card wont go through to pay for my gold whats up with that.
