    I can't download black ops 1 in my Xbox one he say you have no valid payment options on file. Microsoft account balances cannot be used in this purchase channel ? If I can't buy it by gift card I don't have any payment options.

    The 360 store is set up differently than the store on the One/xbox.com. Your Microsoft account balance is not seen as a valid payment option for 360 content through the One store. You would have to make the purchase through a 360 console or use a credit

    yep you cant unless you use an Xbox 360 and have billing info and live in an xbox live region and using your actual region

    There are other items available to be bought as a gift just certain in-game content can't be gifted.
