So I just bought Player Unknowns Battlegrounds for my Xbox One. The transaktion has been pulled from my bank account, but I never recieved the game. What to do???

Contact official support for billing issues.

They should be able to help you.

In the mean time you can also check the my games and apps section on your Xbox to see if the game can be downloaded from there (in the ready to install section).

Sorry to hear it. It can take some time for the bucks to populate your account. If you haven't received them within 24 hours then contact Epic Games or phone support for more assistance

That really sucks man, if they v-bucks aren’t there within a few hours i’d say make sure you bought them on the same microsoft account as the account you use on your Xbox.
