I bought a game on Xbox one in the Microsoft store but it says that it is having trouble...

I also have this issue, i just purchased the game and the download didn’t pop up so i went back to the xbox store and went to manage the game. it’s saying “were having trouble getting your stuff right now” so i’m having trouble getting it to download. my internet is working and i have space on my xbox.

Same. This may just be a store glitch, but the disconcerting part is that there are people here who have waited a couple of days and still can't. No one should have to wait 2 days to play a game they bought.

I'm having the same problem. It says sign in with the account that purchased the game. I bought all of the games digitally on the microsoft store. I'm playing on the account that bought all of the games. I am unable to play any game. Even a free one. I
played one of these games yesterday and the other one literally an hour ago. And all the support page is going to say is to sign into the account that has bought it, which I have. So I have no clue what to do.

If you go to the xbox store, go down to the backwards compatible games and click to see all. You can scroll through and under each picture it should say owned under each game if you have bought it before. Same thing for xbox one games. If you are signed
into your microsoft account it should say owned if you bought a game.
