I bought a game on the XBOX store (PC) and its not showing up in the library

If you just made the purchase:

If it doesn't appear but you just made the purchase, sometimes can take a up to 24 hours to appear in the account

If during the process you got an error message, but the money was taken from the account, the money will return automatically to your payment method

If the purchase was a a long time ago:

If it doesn't appear in the order history it means that the purchase was on a different Microsoft account, you need to find the account that made the purchase to access the purchase and log with that account on the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app

I just bought sonic unleashed from the Xbox store website on pc and it doesn't show up on my library on the xbox app. Do I need a console to get it or what?

Are you sure you bought the Windows 10 Edition from the Windows 10 store app and not the Java Edition from the Mojang website?

If you are signed in with the account you bought the game with, open the Windows 10 store app on your PC, and click on the three dots menu in the upper right corner of the Store app.

There check your library. If you bought the game with that account, it will show up there.

If you're on console it would be in your library in Games and Apps as ready to install.

On PC, it would be in your library in the Microsoft Store app or Xbox app.

You should also just be able to look the game up in the store and it'll show that you already on it and can install it from there.
