I bought a game, it installed but I dont own it?

So I bought the game Viva Piñata on xbox one and it says that it is in the xbox game pass. I dont have the game pass so I buy it normally. It started installing and when it finished I pressed play and it said I needed to update my gamepass to play. I thought
the payment didn't go through or something so I purchased it again. Still nothing. I checked my email and I got charged twice. I sent a complaint in and so far nothing has come back yet. What do I do? Pictures down in replys.

Edit: I tried un installing and re installing and now I can even install it again ****

Please, check your transaction history and make sure it was completed.

Follow these steps:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Select Payment & billing > Order history.

Order history

You can also check your library.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

Choose Full library > All owned games.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Let's validate the license for the game. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game stated as "completed". Once confirmed remove and re-add your account to re-sync the game license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

Tried this 4 times and it keeps saying the account that bought it needs to sign in. I spent $90 on this and it shows completed by the purchases.
