    I bought a game from the store and I can't download it on my xbox


    I bought Destiny 2: Shadowkeep on my phone using a payment option called "sofort" and i cant find it on my xbox one. And when i go to the store it just says that i have to buy it.

    It is likely that you purchased this on a different account, when you said that you purchased this on your phone, did you purchase this on the Xbox website or on theXbox
    App    ?

    If this was purchased on the website, then perhaps, due to having cookies enabled on your browser, you may have been logged into a different account when completed this purchase.

    Can you confirm this info?

    If this is not working, try to log out from your account and log in again; than try :)
