    I bought a game from microsoft


    Today, I bought a game from microsoft store, the payment went trough but I didn't receive the game I bought, I have the transaction ID on my mail and the payment, I didn't receive the game so I want to refund it but it isn't listed in my order history, I know you don't have acces to my personal data but I can't call the service number and I was wondering if there is a metod to chat with a tehnician trough a virtual chat.

    Thank you for the update and if it's stated as "declined" on your end, it means that they were not able to get the money. It would be best to reach out to your bank to dispute the charge.

    Let's check this further first, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using all possible Microsoft accounts where you may have purchased the game? Because all successful transactions are addded on our order history in real-time and if there is no transaction it may mean that it's not successful.
