I bought a game for my friend and he put the code in but the game won't let him play cause...

I sincerely apologize, Amber. However, since the digital code has been redeemed, it can no longer be refunded, and unfortunately, there is no option to upgrade or replace a digital code to a different version.

However, if given a chance that your friend will be upgrading his console, he will still be able to play the game since all redeemed digital codes are stored on the Account. I sincerely apologize again, Amber.

Yesterday he was able to play my games but now it won't let him play.

This is what happened. My son was 9 and he wanted to play a Skate game with his friends. I put parental controls on his account and he wasn’t able to play that game. His friend wanted him to play, so he gave him a account that he created on his microsoft
account. He’s been using that account for the last 9 years.

My Son's xbox one console is having issues it worked just fine yesterday and now it won't let him send invites or get invites, play games, or see what his friends are saying it won't let him join parties. And this all started after the update and I had
to put his account back on his xbox as well.

I had my son de-friend him and now it won't let us. He is no longer listed in his friends section.
