I bought a game but it keeps saying 'Can't Download'

I recently bought FIFA 15 on the xbox 360 but every time I try to download it says 'Can't Download'. Please help!

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare trouble with downloading

Bought this game five days ago for the 360, still have yet to see a 1% download. keeps saying can't download call of duty advanced warfare. Maybe one of these days.

 

Borderlands 2

I'm trying to play borderlands 2 online but ut keeps saying it can't read the disc but I just bought the game amd this is only happening to this game.

 

If I were to clear my system cache what would I lose?

Glad you got got everything up and running again! Post back in these forums if you have any more issues.

When you clear your system cache it will remove temporary stored files on your system, this can be update files and game updates. I'd recommend checking out the Clear Cache support page.

Clearing your system cache will not delete any achievements, gamer tags, content you've downloaded, game files and console software updates. Everything crucial to your experience and game play is saved and will not be harmed in the process of clearing your
cache. But it can clear game updates, but you should be able to re-download them once accessing that game again.

 

Same problem for me did the cache n all. Has not charged my billing account for the game though. Wondering if that had something to do with it.
