I bought a game but I did not receive the code

I'm confused, I've bought a game in the microsoft store through my xbox one s console, but I got a notice that said the payment could not be completed. The most disconcerting thing is that when checking the status of my account the
value of the game was deducted plus an additional verification fee for the card, now my money has been taken and the game does not appear as purchased. I need urgent help please.

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

I did not receive the game code. I
April 4 purchased quantum break,
then the display will be presented win10
game page, while giving
another game. But until now we did not receive any
game code.Game Description says,you will receive
a redemption code within seven days to 10
days, but now has passed 14 days.But now
it is gone fourteen days I still had not
received any game.

Normally when purchasing a game in the store it is purchased digitally and automatically the license is put onto your account.

So with that in mind if you go back to the store on the console does it say that you have to purchase it again?

If the license is on your account it should also automatically show up in your ready to install section on your xbox one.

You can also look at your purchase history by signing into your account at account.live.com and looking at the purchase history you would be able to tell for sure if the purchase went through or not by looking there.

Please check first if you have two completed charges for both games on your account's order history from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's active there, you should be able to install it by doing the steps below.

Go to My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games, select the game title, then press Install all.

I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.
