    maybe it's just THAT install button on that page that isnt functioning. I would do a store lookup and try to install it from that page. it looks to me from the install button being present that it does recognize that account as the one who bought it

    Hello, you have to go into your account and in your games ready for installation, you should find it without too much trouble. If not, restart your device.

    Be sure that you purchased the game with the same account...

    And check if you buy accidentally a copy for PC
