    I bought a game from diffrent site , when reedemed the code on microsoft account , it said it would show on my xbox account but i can find it anywhere,

    Is there any solution to this?

    Already checked on order history and it was purchased, i signed out of my account on xbox and back in and still there is no game .

    An Xbox One or an Xbox Series S/X? Did you purchase the correct version for your console?

    The One version of the game can be played on a Series S/X. The Series S/X version cannot be played on a One.

    So if its xbox one version it cannot be played on xbox series x/s?
