I bought a game and it says that I do not own it.

I recently bought call of duty world at war for 19.99 digitally and it does not show up on ready to install. I search it up on the store and it says that I need to buy it again and when I do that it downloads the game, then after that I try to open the
game and it says I do not own the game.

If you bought it from the website, that is the console version of the game. You would need to buy the PC version from the Microsoft Store app to play it on PC.

I bought it on my only account that I use and the game is on the buy history.

Make sure you in the game tag that you buy the game on.

The account will have a buy history and the game should be listed.

If its not listed fid the account you brought it on or the main game tag account.

Only some Xbox games purchased on the console store are also available to download on PC at no extra cost. Unfortunately, Stardew Valley is not one of those games. If you want to play this game on PC you'll need to buy the PC version of the game.
