    I bought a game and it says i dont own it anymore


    So i bought Forza horizon 4 a while back and took a break from it for a while, then when I went to go play it again I had issues reinstalling it for a while. When I was finally able to get it installed again I tried opening it and it kept forcibly closing
    over and over again. After a while of research I noticed it wasn't in my library even after installing it. I tried other things like reinstalling it again and even had to resort to resetting the game, causing me to lose countless hours of work. But even after
    all of that it changed nothing. I hope someone can help me with this, hope to start playing again soon.

    Edit: One more thing, even though its saying i don't own it, its letting me update it and whatnot. I cant think of anything of why that's happening

    Please, check your transaction history and make sure it was completed.

    Follow these steps:

    Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

    Select Payment & billing > Order history.

    Order history

    You can also check your library.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

    Choose Full library > All owned games.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Let's validate the license for the game. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game stated as "completed". Once confirmed remove and re-add your account to re-sync the game license.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    Tried this 4 times and it keeps saying the account that bought it needs to sign in. I spent $90 on this and it shows completed by the purchases.
