    I bought a game and it does not start


    Hello, I bought a game yesterday and I started downloading it on my Xbox360 console and when I finished downloading I missed a problem that said something like "you can not read the disk" However, the game is digital and does not run.

    Any solution to the problem? I am very stressed by this topic.

    Have you tried reinstalling the game?. That is very odd for it to say that.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your new game to launch.

    I would say that if you haven't tried yet, not only
    uninstall     it, but then rollback the updates on your console as outlined in
    Solution 7     of
    Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console    .

    After that, try to install it and let us know how that helped.
