Discus and support I Bought a Game and It did not download and It tells me to buy it a again!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Halo Wars off of the Market place today and it didn't download it gave me a error and told me to buy it again this happened to me once before...     I Bought a Game and It did not download and It tells me to buy it a again!!!


    I bought Halo Wars off of the Market place today and it didn't download it gave me a error and told me to buy it again this happened to me once before with a modern warfare 2 map pack and I want a full refund or a download code to get the game again this
    happened multiple times now and am not happy.

    I bought a game and it says i did not

    So i went to buy Elder Scrolls Online because it was free to play weekend and it was on sale, But when i purchased it it still said to buy a copy. I already had it downloaded because it was a free to play weekend so not sure if it glitched it.

    First, let's see if you were actually charged for the game. Head over to Sign in to your Microsoft account and check your recent transactions to see if Halo Wars is listed. If so, check your

    download history
    to see if Halo Wars is listed. If it is not on your download history, you were charged on the commerce site, and it is still prompting you to buy it, you will need to contact
    Microsoft Phone Support as they are the only ones that can assist with billing/refund issues. Let us know your findings.

  5. On top of what my colleague said sometimes the Marketplace is slow to register a purchase. Wait a few minutes and check again and it may show up as purchased.

    I have never had this happen to me, but I can still attempt to help you solve this problem.

    --

    If you used PayPal: Check your PayPal account for the transaction, it is
    usually completed as soon as you make the payment. Also, you should
    check here to see if
    Microsoft marked it as completed, there will be a module for recent transactions. This shows if you have successfully completed the transaction.

    If you used a credit card: Check your transaction history with your bank. Also, you should check here to see if Microsoft marked it as completed, there will be a module
    for recent transactions. This shows if you have successfully completed the transaction.

    If you used only your account balance:
    Check your transaction history to see if it was processed

    If the transaction was not shown: If the transaction was not shown anywhere listed above, the payment was probably not completed properly, try and purchase it again.

    If the transaction was shown: Contact the real Xbox staff at 800.469.9369 (toll-free) about the issue. Ambassadors nor generic Support can help solve this issue otherwise, as they have no access to your account. (I am an Ambassador myself)

    Thanks for all the Help and transaction was shown on my Xbox live account on the internet but not on my xbox so I just sent the download to my xbox and I got halo thanks for all the support it helped a lot!

    Thanks for all the Help and transaction was shown on my Xbox live account on the internet but not on my xbox so I just sent the download to my xbox and I got halo thanks for all the support it helped a lot!

    On top of what my colleague said sometimes the Marketplace is slow to register a purchase. Wait a few minutes and check again and it may show up as purchased.

    Bought game at Microsoft store on XBox One, worked for a while, now it won't

    I bought the disc at the store, disc wouldn't work so I bought it online.

    The physical one seemed to interfere with the download, telling me the disc is damaged, but I'd take it out and it'd tell me to insert disc to download 😆

    So I deleted both versions and clicked "buy" on the premium version again: the idea being that once I punched in my password it would tell me I own it already.

    It did.

    I didn't receive a notice saying I was being charged.

    Clear the the game out.

    Try the power cycle thing.

    Find the game in the store again.

    Hit "buy".

    Once it tells you that you own it you should be able to re download.
