    I bought a DLC, the payment was succesful, it can be seen in the order history. But when I try to download the DLC, marketplace requires payment.

    What can I do?

    I didn't get it as a freebie I bought it this morning from xbox live marketplace but can't get on any maps because it says I haven't got the China Rising DLC

    I am having the same issue with a game. I purchased XCOM: Enemy Within from the marketplace and it's in my order history, but it is still asking me to pay. I hope there is a way to fix this.

    Your Shape "Run the world" .. any additional places in the world to d/l ??

    Typically, I just grab it through the marketplace on the dashboard. I'm not sure what kind of DLC 2012 has though - I haven't bought the game yet.

    Hi Sarah, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to locate the order transaction for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Kindly check the game from there and make sure that the status is "completed".

    Also, if it's not showing up from there kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

    By the way, are you on Xbox or PC?
