    I bought a disc for Minecraft XBox One Edition but cannot install it


    Hi guys. I have an old XBox 360 edition of Minecraft and I really want to import my old world to Bedrock on XBox One. I read that it can be done by using the XBox One Edition as a stepping stone, so I bought a usd XBox One Edition disc. The problem is that
    my XBox One already has the new Bedrock edition installed on it, and everytime I insert the old XBox One Edition disc is just launches Bedrock instead of installing the old edition.

    (NOTE: There's a possibility that inside this used copy of Minecraft XBox One Edition I bought is ACTUALLY a disc for the newer edition. I don't believe the old XBox One Edition disc actually SAID "XBox One Edition" on the disc, so I'm not sure how to tell
    for sure.)

    I've read that you can get around this issue by putting in the disc when you are in Offline Mode. However, this didn't work for me.

    Any suggestions? It's frustrating because it seems like I only need to use this XBox One Edition ONCE, just to convert the old world, and then I don't need it anymore. I suppose I could find someone who has the old edition installed who can log in with my
    account and convert the world... so long as I trust them not to buy a ton of stuff while they're logged in as me of course!

    Thank you but this is not my issue. I bought the disc for XBox One Edition but cannot launch it. When I insert the disc it just launches the new, Bedrock edition (which was already installed).

    Hello mbelinkie here are the steps on how to transfer worlds from your Xbox one Edition to bedrock

    1. log into the same account that you have your worlds on

    2. go to the worlds tab like you would when booting up a current or new world

    3. scroll to the bottom and select "Sync old Worlds"

    this should load all worlds tied to your account from Xbox
