I bought a digital game on xbox series s and it isn't functioning.

Hello i am here to try and get a refund for a digital bundle of games because it wouldn't work. I bought the EA family bundle and got all 3 games but all of them are not working. I also tried to get support from xbox/microsoft but my message was ignored so i was wondering if somehow i could get a refund for the games, Thank you.

Xbox series s isn't the same as xbox one s

Xbox one games are just xbox one games .

Series consoles have s or x requirements physical or digital plus the power difference

Still not running. It says the same message, "The Xbox 360 title isn't installed. You can reinstall it (...)"

I already reinstalled, and reinstalled again. Perfect Dark is not working, simply not working. Conker's Bad Fur Day is fine, PD Zero is fine, but the 1st PD, not fine. I bought it digitally on the Microsoft store and it's an Xbox Series S (not 360, One, Series X.. it's the full digital (no cd/dvd/blueray) brand new Series S. The system is up to date.
