Impossible to play at Dragon Age Inquisition !!

Hi,

I have bought dragon age inquisition deluxe edition one month ago. I have downloaded the game and the package with deluxe content adds.

But when i want to launch the game, i am redirected to the marcket at the page of Dragon age basic edition. (that i have not bought of course)...

Why..... snif.

Not getting in game content

hello.

I bought life is strange before the storm deluxe edition. It says I own everything except the "Farewell" bonus episode which should have come with the Delxue edition and according to the Xbox store says I have to purchase again which shouldn't be happening
. I contacted Square Enix and they said it was a Xbox live issue and I contacted Xbox and brought me here. I did the troubleshooting and it didn't work.

Hey, sorry to hear that. Have you checked in "My Games & Apps" and then hit the menu button on Titanfall 2, select "Manage Game" and ensure that the content is installed. If it's not installed, then go ahead and install it; make sure you quit the game
after the instillation is done and you should see your items.

I had this same problem, but I'm pretty sure you get the content through advocate gifts

I did that and it's still not showing up on my game. I still have no access to the Deluxe Edition upgrade.

Hi,

I've tried all this and unfortunately, it didn't work. I think the issue is that I bought the deluxe edition but the deluxe edition no longer exists. There is the base version called just the game Aliens Fireteam Elite, then there is the Into the Hive Edition, and lastly the Ultimate Edition. I looked at my purchases and it says I have bought the Deluxe edition but there is no deluxe version available in the store. I don't know what to do and it's really frustrating.

I feel your pain. The game installed but I bought the deluxe edition and the extra content is either inaccessible or just not there to begin with. This is becoming a trend with digital download pre loads and it is getting old.

Yeah I bought it when it was on sale a year or so ago. On the website when I'm logged in It only gives me the option to buy the deluxe edition or the deluxe content. Just tried again on the console and there's no option to buy or install.

By a mistake i bought 2 Sims 4 Deluxe editions.

No refund possible , and no way to contact any one, that could help , og was for my daughter and i did not know i had to send it as a gift, wife is mad as
[Mod Removed - Profanity] at me lol course she wanted it on ipad she has.
