Generally, if a parcel is not delivered, it will be returned to the sender. Have you tried contacting the courier instead?

this happens because you are putting in a different address than the one that is put on the card. or it's just the wrong zip code. I would recheck everything. if that does not work restart your Xbox

Where did you purchase the controller?

If you bought it in a Microsoft Store:

If you bought it Microsoft Online Store:

If the item was shipped to you, you can request a return through the Microsoft Store online. Simply sign in to Order history, and then select Request
a return. If you don't see Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a refund. See Microsoft Terms of Sale.

If you bought it from a different retailer, you would need to speak directly with them.
