    Hi. I don´t now if I am at the right section here but I bought a code for the new game "Sea of Thieves" and when I went to redeem the code it told me it had already been redeemed and that is really frustrating considering I paid 10 dollars for it. I would

    Hi! I bought a Xbox live gold 3 months code for my son. He has redeemed the code and wants to play Fortnite, but it doesn´t work. There is a space where it says that his account don´t accept the code or something like that... I went back to the store where

    Region problem with my game

    That´s little problematic...

    The MS points codes and promotional games codes has region specific...

    You can´t download in romania live because that one is (probaly) a US live code and only in US live you can rescue and if that game has block by IP if you actualy living in Romania you can´t download EVEN!!!

    Because of that you have tobe careful when you buy your console and games because:

    MS dosen´t refund

    Promotion codes only works in their "home" regions nad MS dosen´t exchange...

    For try to make a solution first search if Kinect stars wars is region free (i belive his is region locked) if the answer is yes... the only solution is use that code in NTSC console and in US account..

    If not only open a us account and download from that (and see if has IP block too).

    What most comum cause of that problem is two thigs you will didn´t like to read...

    One most comum is a third or a "fake" hard drive cause that inssue, in that case has no other solution; you have to buy a original MS hard drive, because that is the only one that "tool" works fine, but that dosen´t garantee in 100% in the cases, because
    of cause 2...

    Some models of slim has problems whif MS tool to use original xbox games, and dosen´t works, and to "turn worst" the case, MS has discuned the tool and support for original Xbox games in september of 2010...= has no solution...

    The only model is 90% grantee for this tool works is "fat" models, and the 10% of problems "home" in 3rd party hd (because MS dosen´t manufatured any more of this model of hd, stoped in 2010, MS has certificaded models, but not all works well, and don´t
    buy 3rd slim hd models and cables because that is the most cause of data problems..

    Your Live Region is US?

    In case of yes go to the next question, if not the problem is the 1600 ms points only works in US live, the Ms points cards only works for region they are builded (for a sample if buy US, the cards in comun way is the values of 1600 and 4000 points for US
    and only works in US, if i buy a Live Brazil card; comum value is 1500 and 4500 points, and try to use in US account the system stop the operation because he didn´t reconize cards from outside of the country of your account).

    That card have 25 digit code?

    If yes and your account match the region of points you have back to reseller and inform the card dosen´t work and try to use in front of them (if they permit, and show your account to prove you didn´t receive anything)they have the legal obrigation to substitute
    in case of card dosen´t work.
