I bought a bucks card and it's only 16 letters

Usually when it's 16 characters. It needs to be entered on another site and that site will give you the 25 digit code. Instructions should be on the card.

But it say it went too my account and I don't see it

My V-bucks card only has 16 digits, and the site does not list my xbox one as a device. I could not find a customer service phone number to call for help.
