I Bought a Brand New xbox one s on june 3rd 2017

I Bought a brand new xbox one s on june 3rd 2017.I was told in the microsoft store that i have been a rewards member for years and that reards points would be deposited in my account for tat purchase..As of june 7th 2017 i have no rewards points pending.
I am really looking forward to the points as I am giving my daughter (who is graduating high school next month) my old xbox one and it needs a new controller and thats what im awaiting the points for as we are going to get her a custom designed controller.
She lives on other side of town and ive already purchased the kinnect needed for communication and game pay. I also need someone to explain to me how the game sharing works.I currently own over 100 xbox one games and over 150 xbox 360 games so game sharing
is going to be an absolutly fantastic way for my daughter who insidently is very very good at xbox.Any help given to these matters would really be appreciated. 50, 000 Rewards points missing from account

Hi,

I bought a brand new Xbox One S January 10 2017. On the xbox.com page it says you will receive 50, 000 points for buying a brand new xbox one s.

My rewards website statement shows no activity regarding this purchase. Can I get an update on what's going on?

I have my order number and so on.

Bought a modded Xbox brand new from Amazon? I don't think so. It was not sold 3rd party.

 

There are generally no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware, but there have been a few offers. The offer has to be running at the time of purchase and there were no offers to receive credits for console in June.

In order to share the games with your daughter, you would need to set the console you're giving her as your Home console - My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

 

Also, the program does not track purchases made in retail stores. If there was an offer for hardware, the purchase would have to be made on microsoftstore.com.

Unfortunately, our program does not have any offers running that Reward Xbox console purchases. Additionally, we are only able to track purchases made from the MicrosoftStore.com storefront, so a purchase from a retail store would not have been eligible
for our program. You may wish to see if that purchase generated any Rewards in the Microsoft Rewards program, which is a separate program.
