I bought a banned console, can it be unbanned??

Hi everyone, I recently bought my little brother a used Xbox 360 and started to set him up to the gaming world like I did. While attempting to set it up I had a notification come up that the console was BANNED!! I don't understand what we did wrong we were
just setting it up. Is there anyway someone can alter us the clearance to plau online. PLEASE HELP

i bought a used console which turn out to be banned What can i do? I also bought 1 with parental control which when i bought the person did not gave me passcode can you please reset it Serial# 114898412805

You need to contact the seller who you bought it from and get your money back, as once a console is banned, it can never be unbanned.

Once a console is banned, it cannot be unbanned. You would have to contact the person you bought it from for a refund.

Unfortunately there is no way to request a console to be unbanned. You would have to contact where you bought it from for a refund or exchange. Console bans are not issued lightly and there's no way to know what the original owner did to get it banned
in the first place. They could have tampered with the hardware and it may not work correction even if it was unbanned.
