Yea, i just bought 12 month in the subscription it os good it will end next year but when i play online game it tells me to buy gold

When I try to access to online features, it tells me that I no longer have a Xbox Live Gold suscription. But I still have the suscription until january 2020. And when I go to check my suscriptions, it tells me that I have Xbox live gold until january 2020.
But it still tells me I don't have it when I try to go online, with every games and tells me to extend my suscription.

Is there anything to do or should I just wait until it is fixed ?

It is happening with me too. And it is late to talk with microsoft just tomorrow. Please somebody help us. the Live Gold Service is not cheap enouth to fail like this way mainly for who live in Brazil. I hope you can understand my english. Waiting for solution

Hi, i have the same problem. I paid for 12 months and even though the xbox recognices that i have the suscription, i can't play online games. How can i resolve it?

I have never bought 12 months of gold online.

i buy the offer on the dashboard when it pops up and instantly turn off auto renew.

Hi so im trying to get a game from games with gold but it tells to join ultimate which my ultimate expired a couple weeks ago but i bought the 12 month xbox live gold thing but its not letting me get the free games and telling me to join ultimate or buy gold

When did you buy the 12 months Live Gold? Was it 4 months ago? I only ask as Live Gold bought whilst a GP Ultimate is active automatically changes the Gold to UGP...so 12 months Gold becomes 4 months UGP (based on price). If not, then please ignore me...just that I've seen a few recently who weren't aware Gold gets changed if a GPU is active and wondered why they had no Gold
