i bought 3 months gold promised that i get a code for minecraft i didn't get it so i contact the support first the told me i will be gettin it by 31/7 thats today and i didnt get any thing am so pissed of i contact the support again told me to post here
so whats thats all about microsoft?! it just a damn code

Did not receive Rocket League code via 3 month live promotion

Bought 3 months of xbox live on 6/24/2017. I've been told by three representatives that I was eligible for the promotion and to expect the code by July 31 at the latest. I have not received the code yet.

Bought 3 months to get free Minecraft, haven't received code.

Good evening,

I bough a 3 month xbox Live subscription on a promo seen on the xbox dashboard. It said that I would get Minecraft for free if I bought the 3 month (there was also an expanded minecraft for a 12 month but I did the 3 month). I bought the xbox live on 7/9/2017.
My xbox live does work I have played Black Ops 3 online. There was no code sent to me yet and I was prompted to buy it from the Minecraft trial version so I know I don't own it. I talked with customer support and refreshed my account and console and still
didn't get it. Help on this matter would be appreciated.

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

i have not downloaded any games on my xbox that i play(except for minecraft on my last account and i bought the game digital but forgot my password due to not using my xbox for 7 months. so i had to make a new account. actually i had made an xbox account
when i first got my xbox over a year ago and then didnt use it for 7 months so made a new account then ran out of xbox gold so i made this current account and bought black ops 3 and 2k16 and need to get more gold)

I HAVE BEEN A GOLD MEMBER SINCE AUGUST 31, 2009 HOW THE HELL IS THAT ROUNDED! I HAVE 3 YEARS AND 7 MONTHS SO IF IT WAS ROUNDED DOWN IT WOULD STILL BE 3 YEARS!!!

I bought gold as well but it wont last until july 31 will it be here anytime before then or only on the 31st?

I believe you had to sign up for 3 months in order to qualify, so you should still have gold when it is sent. There's always a possibility the code will be sent before, but that date is per the terms of the offer.
