I bought 2400points

Hello!

I bought 2400 cod points earlier today, and it did not work, so i tryed again, again and again, now they charged me for all points even though i havent recived a single point, and i want charge backs on all but the first order. is it possible?

Hello,

I download the escalation Map pack

but if I try to start the mulitplayer game there come an error message

that I had the wrong map pack.

The problem is I have only the choise between two packes and both didnt run.

Is there a way to get the right one, I think 2400points for nothing isnt cheerful.....

Unfortunately no (not without an additional purchase at least), disc-based games must be in the drive to play them (so the system can be sure you still own the game and haven't traded it in or sold it). You can go on to the Xbox Store and buy the digital
version of the game and that will unlock it to play - no redownload necessary. That would be the only way to remove the disc requirement.
