I installed new computer, where are my downloaded microsoft jigsaw collections

I installed a new computer but the xbox account does not display the jigsaw collections downloaded. On my new computer, I downloaded 2 collections but they do not appear in my collections either

New collections do not appear.

Downloaded 4 new collections. Deducted the coins, but the collections do not show up under "My collections". Please advise.

The same thing happened to me. I used my points to pay for them, and the program took my points away but didn't give me the puzzles.

How can I get the Iceland puzzles that I bought?

Just a thought, I have bought and downloaded collection 4, do I or should I have bought collections 1-3 ?. Running out of luck with this, have tried deleting and reloading to no avail.

well it is still a 360 game so it should still be available to download as long as you are doing it from the download history of the account that bought it/downloaded it originally. if you cannot, I would suggest calling support to see what they can do
as well as any possible refund/refunds for it.

Yep. Now mid-October. Always crashed when I finished a puzzle and then tried to open a new one; I had to re-open the program every time I wanted to do the next puzzle. I have bought a dozen or so new collections since I started Jigsaw (with upgrade to Windows
10), but now I have the same problem others mention, namely that my account has been charged, but the collections will not download. After clicking the "Download" button, the square picture for the puzzle says, "Downloading..." but nothing happens --download
indicator bar never gets any color (I've waited as much as an hour). I've been trying for a couple of weeks now to get the two collections I most recently purchased. I've done Windows updates, program restarts, PC restarts, and driver updates.
