    I bought 12 month xbox live in august and its disappeared already???


    I bought a 12 month xbox live subscription on August 2nd. I've been using it all the time, playing Battlefield 1 mostly, then all of a sudden yesterday, I don't have xbox live, and I'm being prompted to purchase a subscription again.
    I can't play anything online, and the only record I have to prove that I bought the subscription in the first place is from my bank statement for August.

    My Xbox tells me I don't have Xbox-Live-Gold, but I bought it for 12 months on August 2nd and under "subscriptions" it says my Gold is running out on August 2nd 2018. I'm desperate I bought 12 month xbox live in august and its disappeared already??? :(

    Good Morning, I bought a 12 month card in xbox live gold I inserted the code, it was accepted it was working and out of the blue the same day the gold disappeared, what should I do?

    It says it was cancelled on August 1st. Doesn't make sense since I've been playing BF1 online for about 4 months now

    yes I was using gold on my only account it just disappeared and was trying to invite me to get gold when I already bought a 12 month membership redeemed just weeks ago. I put my 14 day trial that came my Xbox one s bundle in code to see if it would do and
    it let me do it as if I don’t already have a membership please fix this I payed 60 dollars for my 12 month membership

    litrally gone I got n email from xboxlive saying something about a renewal then I went on line live and the 12 month redeem code I put in has disappeared and changed to xbox live free :(
