Discus and support I bought 10'000 V-Bucks but haven't received them ! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought 10'000 (+3500) V-Bucks for Fortnite in the Microsoft Store (On my PC) and i didn't recieve them....     I bought 10'000 V-Bucks but haven't received them !


    I bought 10'000 (+3500) V-Bucks for Fortnite in the Microsoft Store (On my PC) and i didn't recieve them.... I've linked my Xbox Account to Epic Games and I think I will recieve them on PC too beacause if i buy on PC i recieve them on Xbox too... I don't have
    Xbox gold so i can't sign in in Fortnite on Xbox...

    That is a great question. The hyperlink that XBF Brad A provided will take you to the Epic Games support website. Once you have arrived at the website, click the area on the top right of the screen that says, "Contact
    Us    ." Be sure to let us know the results!

    order history     you would need to get with
    epic games support     as to why you haven't received them.
