I bough 12 month XBOX Gold, yet it says it expired on the same day.

Discus and support I bough 12 month XBOX Gold, yet it says it expired on the same day. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It just doesn't work, it says it still charged me £39.99 and it says it expires 26/05/17, the same day I bought it.     It just doesn't work, it says it still charged me £39.99 and it says it expires 26/05/17, the same day I bought it. Can someone help?

    Why is my 3 Month Membership not working

    I entered my Xbox One Gold 3 Month Membership in. It went through fine when entering it. However, when I go to play a game on live, it says I need to sign up for Xbox live. Yet, it says I'm subscribed in my Xbox settings. Please help! I bough the same thing
    for my son's Xbox One downstairs and it's doing the same thing.

    My xbox live gold is paused and it says "your payment has expired". I Bought a 12 months gold in march and now it says i need to buy new xbox live gold. please help.

    Yea same , my free trial doesn't expire till 11th and yet my gold isn't working at all been like this for days not till I brought a 12 month card did it start working.

    Xbox live service is terrible atm nothing but issues since I got on it with my xbox one.

    I purchased and activated a 12 month gold memebership yesterday. However, my account still says "Free Member", but the expiration date is ok.

    My XBOX Dashboard is still recommending Gold. I can't join online games or start a party.

    I have an e-mail that confirms the activation, yet, it still doesn't work.

    Upgrade to Ultimate for $1

    Technically you're not. Gold and Game Pass are converted into Ultimate based on price, not based on the time. The price for 4 months of Ultimate is the same price as 12 months of gold. If you want to use the full 12 months of just Gold, you would need
    to cancel Ultimate or wait for your Ultimate subscription to expire and then add the 12 months.
