    I believe my Xbox Live Account was put on Communications Ban for no reason.


    My Xbox Live Account was put on a Communications Ban until 6/8/17 and I believe this is a misunderstanding and I did nothing wrong, and If I did say something bad, I think this goes against my freedom of speech to be banned for saying what I want.

    I was banned and i want to know why. and i want it removed off my account. been a member for 9 years.

    That did not answer my question. by going to that link. It does not give me a CLEAR exact reason as to why i was banned. this is the reason it gives and this is not a clear reason.

    features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox
    One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges

    I would like this removed from my account or looked at again because i believe this to be a false ban.

    Xbox live not working

    I put a three month live card on my Xbox one on 7/1/16 during a week communication ban then the next day woke up to find my Xbox could not connect to live at all but I called Xbox and they said everything was fine on their part. I'm thinking that I was account
    banned. I just want it gone. tired of getting banned for no reason at all. just want to play games again.
