I believe my ban was unfair, if not revoked, I believe it should be shortened.

One of my close friends started being verbally attacked, so we invited the attacker to a group chat, only for my and my friends to be verbally attacked. He called us "Fat pigs" repeatedly. After a while of trying to be civil, I lost my cool and started to
retaliate. I'm not proud of this fact, but I believe context is important and I disagree with the ban.

To add insult to injury, the instigator as suffered no penalty, despite verbally assaulting myself and my friends.

The main purpose of this post, is to try and provide additional context in the hope my ban will be shortened or perhaps even revoked.

I believe have had a unfair suspension. Yesterday i was going to change my gamer pic and i did so. I didn't mean to change it to what it was. So i panicked and quickly changed it to what it is now. I do not believe I should've gotten a 2 WEEK SUSPENSION it
was only there for around 1 minute. i said in my report to xbox/microsoft "recent suspension i had and it started today i said this and i am being 100% honest. I meant to upload a pic of a car to my profile because i am a huge car guy. I know what i put
my profile pic as and i didn't mean to i changed it immediately to a pic in my pictures to what it is now because i thought it was the car that i uploaded so i paniced and changed it" i just submitted this around 3 hours ago. i am being 100% honest because
if i was intending on keeping it i would've still been my profile pic. i never intended to put that pic s my gamer pic.

If you feel your suspension was in error, you can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com.

When you encounter anyone that is breaking the code of conduct you can mute them, report them and block them through your console. Never respond to the user.

Also keep in mind the enforcement does not let anyone know what the outcome of a report they submitted on a user is. So there is no way to know if the other person you mentioned did or did not get a suspension. Suspensions are issued after an investigation
has been completed.

 

Oh, I was told by support live chat that Enforcement would see this post.

Also, I didn't get a message from Xbox live telling me the person I reported has been sanctioned.
