I believe my account was wrongfully suspended.

I believe somebody has wrongfully suspended my account (), and i would like some help if possible. The other day, i recieved a message saying, and i quote, "Notice of enforcment action: For more information, please check the email associated
with your xbox live account,". Naturally, i was confused. I thought it was my younger brother at first, and i filed a case report. Upon recieving the decision, i found that somebody had been trying to refund something. This is very strange, as there is nothing
TO refund. Im very confused, and would like to know if there is something going on with my account. Im EXTREMELY sorry if this is not the right place to ask, but i would like to figure this out, and if possible have the suspension removed. Thank you for reading,

who can I call regarding a recent account suspension? I believe someone wrongfully reported me and I cannot dispute.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

The only way to contact them is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home if eligible.

If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there's nothing to else you can do,you will have to wait out the suspension.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

We would not have any information as to why you may have been suspended twice, If the suspension is anything over 24hrs you are able to submit a case review however, being that this is only a 24hr suspension you will have to wait it out. I do apologize for
this inconvenience.

The only way to appeal any suspension is to submit a case review to the Enforcement Team. They are the only ones able to possibly lift a suspension.
