In the beta for For Honor (Xbone) I believe some one falsely reported me for harassment giving me a temporary suspension, which I had no problem waiting out because a week is not that long and I can play For Honor on release without friends, but I also received
a permanent consequence of being unable to use my account on other Xboxes, I couldn't play xbox 360; I tried. The permanent consequence is the only reason I am making a post. I also think I have enough good Karma saved up from all the times I turned the other
cheek to rage messages knowing they were not think properly at the time, especially the ones from the For Honor Beta, that the situation should be rectified. And if this isn't fixed in any aspect by the end of the enforcement, Microsoft can count on having
lost a hard paying customer. No grudges will be held, just faith lost.

(Account suspension) Question about getting code.

If you have a recovery email adresa i believe that would also be another way to unblock your account. If you are referring to a temporary suspension for breaching xbox live terms of use then i would recommend visiting the enforcement website for more information.
You would have got notified by xbox in a message if you received a suspension.

I Got FALSE REPORTED

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

You shouldn't have anything to worry about here. All reports are looked at by real people, the system is not automated. Only things that break the Code of Conduct can result in a ban, false reports do not end in suspensions. Be careful though, too many
false reports and your own account can have a temporary suspension. Only report users who actually break the rules.

Yes, I have looked into the enforcement site and I moderate my child's communication. Unfortunately both scenarios have not provided an explanation of the proof of the claim for the suspension. The issue is no longer the suspension, but that xbox fails to investigate every report they receive, and does not implement a punishment for those who false report. I think if we all be honest, we can clearly see that this is not an isolated incident. False reports lead to false suspensions and bans. The error falls on Microsoft and the management of the "safety department" where inappropriate player behavior is rewarded by the company.

If you received a suspension or ban, it was not because somebody organized a group to report you. All reports are investigated and if they are not true, they will not be acted on. In fact, filing a false report can get the user in trouble. If you received
a suspension or ban, it had to be for something you did that violated the rules.
