    I believe I have gotten accidentally banned from communication


    so all I have been doing is playing smite with my buddy and I'm usually the guy that doesn't bad mouth and usually tell others to be respectful...yet,i was banned yesterday. I pride myself in having a good reputation and if I can get support on my situation,itd
    be greatly appreciated as I believe I did nothing wrong as I always try to appease to everyone. Please fix my situation quick,this situation is really frustrating me.

    Communications Ban Appeal

    I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

    One report does not get you banned

    Will I get banned just because I received complaints?
    No. A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely

    XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous
    factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

    Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
    always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Also support agents can't unban you only Enforcement, you'll have to wait it out. You might be able to report a case review but I doubt it'll work for a short term ban like communications.
