I been unable to send messages for about 2 months

I have been unable to send messages on my xbox one for about 2 months now . 1 week ago i got in contact with costomer sopport in the website online chat, i explaind to the person that i havenot been able to send (MESSSAGES ON MY XBOX ONE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS).
I dont have any bad history, but just to be sure i askd if its possible that my account was suspended or bannd he checkd and sayd my account was good i have not been bannd or suspended, i ask how can we fix this problem so i can send messages again he replies
well lets try restarting the console sir ( THIS MAN SAYD LETS TRY RESTARTING THE CONSOLE ) i sayd ok ill try that thanks for the help. THATS WHEN I CAME TO A REALIZATION THAT NOTHING COULD OR WILL BE DOEN TO HELP ME . TO THIS DAY I AM STILL UNABLE TO SEND
MESSAGES, MICROSOFT I PAYD FOR 12 MONTHS OF XBOX LIVE I BEEN A COSTOMER SINSE THE XBOX 360 PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT AND LEND A HELPING HAND SAVE ME

Cannot send messages from Xbox Live on Xbo x360

hi there, I have been unable to send messages from my live account on my Xbox 360 console for about 2 months. I get an error message saying ‘unable to complete process’ The console and account seem to work fine in every other respect. Does anyone have any
advive how I can fix this problem? Many thanks

I've been getting a message cannot be sent error when trying to send messages on xbox live for about 3 months, I figured it would resolve itself and I found a workaround and just used the website to send messages but now when I use the website it says "Due
to past behavior you are unable to send messages.".

I don't understand because I checked my enforcement status and the only offenses are from 2010, and 2012 which have been dealt with. I also searched my email and I don't have any email notifying me of a suspension.

What steps can I take to fix this because its absolutely infuriating, being unable to respond to friends.

i have the same problem.. cant text or chat in parties.. all that happened after i got 12 months sub... for msging, it says, messeging isnt working for account. and chat, it says, network is blocking. but when i check, everything seems fine... i even updated
some security info, still not working.... help?

Have had (almost) the same problem. I can chat, but cannot send any messages. Have no suspensions or bans. 18004MYXBOX says they can't do anything about it cause it's an enforcement issue....Tried posting in the support section but no replies or help.
Definitely frustrated.

 

same trouble. maybe banned. without reason. without sending me message about ban. Seems like ms-troublemaker. I think they will not help, Because no one of support was answered in same discussion and supports.
